KN Koch: I am a Walden University Student that has achieved a Certificate in Instructional Design. My goal is to get my Master's degree with an emphasis in Training and Peformance Improvement. I am a certified trainer for the Maryland State Department of Education with the Office of Child Care. I have worked with children for over 20 years and have had a variety of experiences in both teaching students and adults. I am looking to improve my instructional techniques to continue to reach all students who want to learn.
